CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION STATUS IN THE USA HOCKEY COURSES SYSTEM

Please use the link below to check your current season registration status in the USA Hockey Courses System:

NOTE: USA Hockey Courses is the same system profile officials use to register for Classroom Seminars.

  1. Sign into USA Hockey Courses (email and password)
  2. Go to "My Profile"
  3. Go to "Officiating Information"

Your Officiating Information page will have a series of green checks or red marks indicating what steps are complete (green) and what steps are not complete (red).

Please note, it may take 2 - 3 days for Online Video Module and SafeSport training to be credited to your membership, and 2 - 3 weeks for local Classroom Seminar information to be processed and sent to the USA Hockey National Office.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL APPEAR AT YOUR OFFICIATING INFORMATION PAGE IN USA HOCKEY COURSES:

CARD SENT
A date will appear next to this category if your current season referee card and sweater crest have been mailed. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery, and look for a letter-sized envelope from USA Hockey.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
The date of your membership application submission will appear in this spot. All officials must renew their membership each season. CLICK HERE to complete.

OPEN BOOK EXAM
(For 2024-25) Open Book Exam credit will appear in an official's profile once classroom seminar attendance is submitted by seminar staff.

CLASSROOM SEMINAR ATTENDANCE
Once a classroom seminar roster is submitted to the USA Hockey National Office, your completed seminar information (date & location) will be posted here. Please contact your seminar facilitator to confirm your seminar roster has been closed and submitted to the National Office if your information is missing.

ONLINE EDUCATION MODULES
(For 2024-25) Online Education Module credit will appear in an official's profile once classroom seminar attendance is submitted by seminar staff.

SAFESPORT (training is valid for 12 months following training)
The year you complete U.S. Center for SafeSport training will appear at this location. If you have completed SafeSport training either as an official or coach this season and your date does not appear, please contact USA Hockey Member Services.
